2024 5th Grade Recognition

The 2024 5th Grade Recognition Committee is ordering 2024 class shirts and every 5th grade student will receive one!
We want your child to have the right size and we want to use their preferred name. Please fill out the short form below! We are collecting a baby picture of each student for the recognition ceremony. Please use the button at the bottom of the page to upload a picture at your convenience.

Note to parents: We will collect a fee for the 5th Grade Recognition shirt and field trip through Membership Toolkit later this spring. Scholarships will be available.
